Carlisle Associates and the KOYO team have been working together for over 20 years. Our relationship began with a design for the uplift of their original 71,000-square-foot facility, which includes a simultaneous addition of 60,000 square feet. Since the original uplift, we have expanded the facility twice.

Both expansions were constructed while operations continued. The building now stands at 430,000 square feet and is constructed with insulated pre-cast concrete walls and a conventionally framed steel joist girder roof structure.
