Carlisle Associates provided full architectural and engineering design services as well as the construction administration services for a conversion of existing structures into an attractive regional conference center. This adaptive reuse project required converting two buildings into one, while an existing business continued to occupy part of the space.

Adding a new connector between these buildings allowed for the flow of persons from the set of large meeting rooms to smaller meeting rooms. Restrooms and catering kitchens are located in the newly created space, allowing the facility to accommodate a single large event, as well as providing the flexibility to host two simultaneous and unrelated events.
