Clarendon Spec #8

This 50,000-square-foot speculative building was designed for the Clarendon County Industrial Park. With the expandable capacity of 200,000 square feet, the building was designed to cater to a variety of industries. Included in the design were 20’x 20’ drive in doors, a 32’ clear height, and knock out panels measuring 15 for 9’x10’ standard dock doors.

What makes this design truly unique is the inclusion of the notes to “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” displayed across the exterior. This building was recently purchased by Latitude Corp., a metal manufacturing company, that will create 200 new jobs for this county. It is currently being upfitted to meet the client’s needs.
