Mr. Zanders serves as Vice President of

Zanders spent the first ten years of his career in the hospitality design
field. His work included high end destination hotels for Crown Plaza
and Marriott as well as travel stop marquees like Days Inn and Best Western.
This period also included work on medium rise offices, condominiums, stand
alone restaurants, grocery stores, furniture stores, mall retail outlets,
warehouses, and condominiums.
In
1991, Mr. Zanders joined Carlisle Associates and is now Vice President for
Architecture. The vast majority of work is for industrial clientele where

percent of the work is design/build where his twenty-two years experience in

"nuts and bolts" field experience provides Carlisle Associates with
the ability to "Value Engineer" projects from inception and avoid
gold plating the detailing of the job.
Mr.
Zanders is involved in the review of all projects, and has been the Architect-of-Record
for 95 percent of CAI’s projects since 1991 . These have included:
Siemens VDO, Columbia, SC,
John Deere CWP Assembly Plant, Fuquay-Varina, NC, York Electric Cooperative Headquarters, York, SC, R.C.
McEntire’s Produce facility, Columbia, SC, and Viracon’s Glass Assembly facility, Statesboro, GA.
His
experience includes working for companies in the following industries:
bottling, metal working, injection molding, wood panel, wood working, vehicle
