road and a 2,200 rail spur to serve the Golden State Foods distribution
warehouse. Project included road and railroad design, a regional stormwater
management basin, storm drainage design and close coordination with Norfolk
Southern Railroad and Lexington

facility and warehouse. Project included 8,000 lf of rail spur, parking for
300 tractor-trailers and 350 employees. This project was a fast track project
with the owner taking occupancy of a portion of the building within eight months
of the start of the design.

a 250 acre site. Project included 2 million cy of earthwork, three stormwater
management basins, wetland mitigation, stream relocation, parking for 1,100
