road and a 2,200 rail spur to serve the Golden State Foods distribution
warehouse. Project included road and railroad design, a regional stormwater management basin, storm drainage design and
close coordination with Norfolk Southern Railroad and Lexington County.

track project with the owner taking occupancy of a portion of the building
within eight months of the start of the design.
