Site improvement on a 250 acre site for a 2.4 million sf manufacturing
facility and warehouse. Project included 8,000 lf of rail spur, parking for
300 tractor-trailers and 350 employees. This project was a fast track project
with the owner taking occupancy of a portion of the building within eight
months of the start of the design.
