production center. The project included the addition of 25,000 sf on an
existing 40,000 sf shell building.

Various projects have been completed at this turkey processing facility over
the past five years totaling over 200,000 sf. Projects have included coolers,
oven rooms, employee welfare areas, employee store, warehouse space,
refrigerated docks and site improvements.

Design/build project with M.B. Kahn to upfit a 300,000 sf shell building for
the production of automotive batteries. Project included 12,000 sf of general
purpose offices.

Design/build project with Fitts & Goodwin to upfit a 49,000 sf shell
building for the manufacturing of building construction components.
Colleton County Shell Building
Walterboro, South Carolina
Design/build project with M.B. Kahn for a 100,000 sq. ft. shell building. The
building is tilt-up construction on shallow foundations.
