pasta production facility with an adjacent 80,000 sf warehouse. Expansions to the facility
were completed in 1997, 1998 and 2006 to add 93,000 sf of production and warehouse space.

Completed site development and preliminary HVAC plans for a 1.5 million sf distribution center on
a 240 acre site. Site design included 2 million cy of earthwork, three stormwater
management basins, parking for 1,100 trailers and 800 employees. The HVAC design included
heating and ventilation of the warehouse with heating and air conditioning design completed for the 35,000 sf of
office and support space.
