Site development, process mechanical and electrical design for an 85,000 sf
pasta production facility with an adjacent 80,000 sf warehouse. Expansions to
the facility were completed in 1997, 1998 and 2006 to add 93,000 sf of
production and warehouse space.
Target Distribution Center
Newton, North
Carolina
Completed site development and preliminary HVAC plans for a 1.5 million sf
distribution center on a 240 acre site. Site design included 2 million cy of
earthwork, three stormwater management basins, parking for 1,100 trailers and
800 employees. The HVAC design included heating and ventilation of the
warehouse with heating and air conditioning design completed for the 35,000
sf of office and support space.
Monteferro
Orangeburg, South Carolina
Design/build project completed with Fitts & Goodwin consisting of a
45,000 sf building for the production of steel elevator guide rails and other
elevator accessories.
Westinghouse
Nuclear Fuels
Columbia, South
Carolina
Completed various projects over the past five years at the facility. Projects
have included office modifications, outdoor loading platforms, kitchen and
cafeteria upgrades, rack and crane structural analyses, and a 6,000 sf maintenance
and loadout building.
