In the Works: Zilmet USA Manufacturing Facility

Zilmet USA, an expansion tank manufacturer, has purchased a speculative building in Georgetown, South Carolina designed by Carlisle Associates. In order to meet their production needs, they will embark on their first manufacturing operations in the U.S.

As this design was purchased prior to construction, our team was able to upfit the building to truly match their needs. With the sitework almost complete, construction on this 150,000-square-foot facility is set to begin soon and be completed by Q4 of 2024. Once complete, the facility will create 50 new jobs for Georgetown County.
